Can you collect a sofa or wardrobe from a private seller in Madrid?
Yes — marketplace and private sale collections are one of our most frequent furniture delivery requests. We collect from Wallapop and Facebook Marketplace sellers across all Madrid districts. Just give us the seller's address, the item description, and your delivery address. We inspect the item at collection and contact you immediately if there is any visible damage before loading.
How much does furniture delivery cost in Madrid?
Single-item local delivery (within the same district or between adjacent districts) starts from €50. A sofa or large wardrobe in a building without a lift costs from €70–90. Cross-city deliveries (e.g., Vallecas to Chamberí) start from €70. Assembly is charged separately from €15–30 per item. We provide a fixed quote based on your specific pickup and delivery details.
Can you deliver furniture to buildings with no lift?
Yes. Stair-carry for buildings without lifts is standard practice in central Madrid. We bring a two-person team for heavy items and use stair-climbing trolleys where appropriate. The floor number is factored into the quote — ground and first floor are standard rate; higher floors attract a small additional charge. We ask about this at booking so there are no surprises.
Do you assemble furniture after delivery?
Yes — assembly is available as an add-on for flat-pack items. Prices start from €15 for a simple shelving unit up to €35 for a large wardrobe system. For antiques or solid-wood furniture that requires special handling, contact us and we'll advise. We bring basic tools (Allen keys, screwdrivers) as standard.
Can you deliver to Pozuelo or Majadahonda as well as central Madrid?
Yes. We cover the wider Community of Madrid including Pozuelo de Alarcón, Majadahonda, Las Rozas, Alcorcón, Leganés, and Alcalá de Henares. Deliveries to these areas are typically priced 20–30% higher than central Madrid deliveries due to the additional distance. Fixed price confirmed before collection.
