Our terms and conditions for removal and man and van services.

1. Services
Man With A Van Madrid provides removal, man and van, delivery, and packing services in Madrid and wider Spain. All services are subject to a confirmed booking and agreed quote.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quoted prices are fixed unless the scope of work materially changes from what was agreed (e.g. significantly more items than quoted, access conditions not disclosed). We will always notify you of any change before proceeding.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booked start time are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee up to 50% of the quoted price. Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
4. Insurance and Liability
We carry goods-in-transit insurance and public liability insurance. Our liability for damaged or lost goods is limited to the terms of our insurance policy. We recommend high-value items are separately insured by the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: correctly declaring all items to be moved; providing accurate access information (lift availability, staircase dimensions, parking restrictions); obtaining necessary permissions from building management in advance.
