How It Works
Book a packing survey
We assess the volume of items to pack (number of rooms, fragile items, artwork, plants) and quote the materials and time required. A 2-bedroom flat typically takes 4–6 hours to pack with two people.
Packing day
Our team arrives with boxes, tissue paper, bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes, and tape. We pack systematically by room, labelling every box with contents and destination room.
Move day
Packed boxes and furniture are loaded into the van. If packing and moving are on the same day, we coordinate both teams to work simultaneously.
Unpack at destination
At your new address, we unpack boxes into the correct rooms. Boxes are broken down and removed. You're left with everything in place rather than surrounded by cardboard.

How much does a full packing service cost in Madrid?
A studio flat takes approximately 2–3 hours to pack (one person) and costs from €120 including materials. A 2-bedroom apartment takes 4–6 hours with two packers and costs from €280 including all materials. A 3-bedroom apartment runs €380–500 depending on the quantity of fragile items and books. We provide a fixed quote based on your specific flat after a quick survey.
Do you supply all packing materials?
Yes. We bring all boxes (small, medium, large, and wardrobe boxes), tissue paper, bubble wrap, packing tape, and marker pens. You don't need to source any materials. We also bring specialist boxes for TVs and mirrors if required. The cost of materials is included in the packing service quote.
Can I have just part of my flat packed?
Yes — partial packing is common. The most frequent partial pack requests are kitchen-only (fragile crockery, glasses, cooking equipment) and fragile-only (artwork, ornaments, electronics). Partial packing starts from €60 and is priced by the number of items packed rather than the whole flat.
I'm an expat with a lease ending in three days — can you pack and move at short notice?
This is one of the most common situations we handle. Expats with a fixed departure date or visa deadline are a regular client profile. Contact us as soon as you know your date and we'll try to accommodate short-notice requests. For genuine emergencies (24-hour notice), we charge a short-notice premium of 20%. Do you unpack at the destination as well?
Yes — unpacking is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to the full move. We unpack boxes into the correct rooms, place items on shelves, and remove all packing materials. The fee is equivalent to about 50–60% of the packing cost. Most clients who use the full pack also book the unpack service.
